Hi, I"m Elleni

My path to naturopathy and energy healing came through my own experiences with health, life, and the realization that it’s easy to become disconnected from our bodies while balancing work, family, and everyday responsibilities.

I began asking different questions: Why do I feel this way? What is my body trying to tell me? And what can I do to support my health?

​

Those questions led me to study naturopathy. I graduated from the Advanced Naturopathy Institute of Montreal with a Diploma in Naturopathy.

​

I am also a Reiki Master Teacher, and I believe that true wellness involves more than simply addressing symptoms. It’s about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and understanding the many factors that influence how you feel.

My own journey has taught me that health isn't about perfection, it's about having the knowledge, tools, and confidence to participate in your own care.

​

That's what I want to offer my clients: a calm, grounded space where you can learn about your body, ask questions, make informed choices, and feel empowered to take an active role in your well-being.
